Starting on a reclaimed brownfield site, Layton constructed a Tier III wholesale data center campus complete with its own electrical substation. The four-story core houses 400,000 SF of data hall space and specialized MPOE/MMR connectivity hubs. Inside, a three-story base building provides the operational backbone for this technological command center. Built with redundant systems and scalable architecture, this facility represents the hardened infrastructure that major corporations stake their entire digital operations on.
